Because of the continuing efforts to slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) and to prioritize the safety of all involved, The ALS Association Indiana Chapter has aligned with our event and program partners’ decisions to cancel all events from March 15 through June 20, 2020. This includes support groups statewide to cancel or transition to virtual platform, Kid's University, and ALS Awareness Kilroy's - Bloomington.
As changes are made throughout the state of Indiana, The ALS Association Indiana Chapter would like to provide access to information on upcoming events, resources, and information on how you can support as our community works together to navigate through the next several weeks and beyond.
The ALS Association Indiana Chapter will continue to work in accordance with directives from Governor Holcomb and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention concerning COVID-19 as we assess any possible cancellations. All events after July 4, 2020 will take place as scheduled.
Including rescheduled Events: Car Show (Sept. 6); Research Update (Aug. 17- virtual); and Bob Kravitz Golf Outing (Aug. 24).
Regular Scheduled Events: Walk to Defeat - Indianapolis Sept. 19; Walk to Defeat - Fort Wayne Oct. 10; and Walk to Defeat - Evansville Oct. 17.
Please stay tuned here and on social media for more information.
