 PRESIDENT, Mona Euler is an experienced, visionary and inspirational leader who enjoys working with organizations dedicated to improving the human condition. Blessed with over 26 years of healthcare experience, Mona is currently consulting in all areas of healthcare strategy and operations. Prior to consulting, Mona served as Vice President of the Indiana University Health Neuroscience Line. Mona coordinated the opening and expansion of the IU Health Neuroscience center, one of the largest neuroscience centers in the nation dedicated to the research and treatment of neurological diseases. In addition to the center, Euler oversaw all the neuroscience programs for IU Health hospitals in the state of Indiana. The program achieved a top-twenty neuroscience ranking in the country.

Prior to the position at IU Health, Mona served as the market CEO for Kindred Healthcare for 13 years overseeing hospitals in four states. During her tenure Mona was the recipient of many awards including customer service, quality and financial hospital of the year.

Mona holds a nursing degree from Ball State University and a Master's in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has a passion for serving others and sits as the board President for the ALS Association of Indiana. She also is a member of Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, Pass the Torch for Women Foundation and the American Stroke and Heart Association.

Geoff Davis, Account Executive at Aon Risk Services.  He joined the ALS Association Indiana Chapter Board of Directors to help those inflicted with ALS and their families by raising awareness with the goal of finding effective treatment and eventually a cure via advocacy with government officials. 

Over the past decade Geoff has helped various health care entities navigate the precipitous path of litigation with the goal of providing top quality patient care.  Prior to joining Aon Risk Services Geoff received his BS in Communications at Butler University and his J.D. at the University of Toledo.  

In his free time, Geoff enjoys spending time with his wife Amy and two girls.  In addition, he is an avid follower of Butler University sports as well as the Indianapolis Colts.

 Derek French brings over 15 years of finance experience to his role as Director of Finance for Medxcel.  In his role Derek is responsible for driving the   financial results of the organization by utilizing financial reporting as a tool to drive revenue growth, generate improved margins, lower costs, and   continuously improve processes while preserving the integrity of the company’s image.  In addition, Derek oversees the Pricing Strategy of the  organization as well as Payroll.

  Prior to joining Medxcel, Derek spent 10 years on Wall Street in various Leadership and Financial Planning and Analysis roles with Dreyfus and   Lehman Brothers before becoming the Vice President of Finance for Fifth Third Bank Indiana.  While at Fifth Third, Derek helped lead the affiliate to   become the #1 performing affiliate in the country.

 Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance from Plattsburgh State University and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.  In addition, Derek is a board member and has been Treasurer for the ALS Association of Indiana.  Derek currently lives in Carmel, Indiana with his wife Pearl and two sons, Logan (12) and Brody (9).  He enjoys fitness, Spartan Races, and hockey in addition to traveling and spending time with his family.

Jarit Loughmiller, Director of Valuation and Litigation Services at Blue & Co. has professional expertise in business valuation, insurance loss claims, forensic accounting, budgeting, forecasting, business plans, and support to attorneys in virtually all areas of litigation.  Loughmiller serves clients in various industries including, but not limited to, automotive, airline, construction, financial institutions, healthcare, manufacturing, software, technology, and real estate.

Blue & Co. has served clients in the Midwest for 50 years, and is currently ranked the 54st largest CPA firm in the U.S. by Accounting Today.  We provide services including assurance and attestation, tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic consulting assignments.

Loughmiller holds a B.S. in both Accounting and Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant ("CPA"), Accredited in Business Valuation ("ABV"), Certified in Financial Forensics ("CFF"), an Accredited Senior Appraiser ("ASA") a Certified Valuation Analyst ("CVA") and a Certified Fraud Examiner ("CFE").

Loughmiller currently serves on The ALS Association Indiana Chapter Board of Directors and previous served on the AICPA’s National Forensic and Litigation Services Committee (2010-2013).

Residing in Carmel, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, age 8, 6, and 4 years old, followed by golf and almost anything sports related.

Derek Miller, ATP, CRTS, National Seating & Mobility

Derek Miller’s passion drives from interacting with clients to meet their life needs.  As Regional Vice President at National Seating and Mobility (NSM), Miller advocates against state and federal policies and potential threats to funding that can limit client access.  He began his career CRT field as an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) and encountered many individuals with very complex needs.  Nothing was more satisfying than exceeding their expectations to achieve independence they have never experienced before.

Miller is both a RESNA certified Assistive Technology Professional and a NRRTS Certified Rehab Technology Specialist (CRTS).  With a Bachelor of Science in Public Management at Indiana University.  Miller serves on The ALS Association Indiana Chapter Board of Directors (2018) and is Member at Large, Past President of the Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation (2010).

Residing in Indianapolis, you’ll find Miller golfing and traveling with his family, especially when that includes outdoor adventures.
